Looking for solutions in casting can be a puzzling process. It's not any one attribute that stands out, but how all the pieces fit together to provide just the right solution for your casting application.
Pricing is based on weight, complexity,
cores and molding time. We will quote a price before producing the
casting.
We are using sand molds so each part needs
to be able to be pulled out of the sand.
If the part has a cavity or holes we can
sometimes make a hard sand core or use a stock core to allow us draw
it from the sand and still keep the cavity or holes.
Each part is cleaned up with a wire brush
wheel and is ready to be painted, chromed, polished, or just left as a
cast bronze finish.
